    Workshop Information:This workshop will offer certification for SAR Tracking/Trailing, SAR HRD, and SAR Area Search with NAPWDA Master Trainers
    • Due to the constraints of setting up HRD tests, one handler can only test one dog for HRD certification and must pay for the full workshop.
    • This is YOUR responsibility, so PLEASE be familiar with NAPWDA By-laws as they pertain to Certification rules and any prerequisites which must be met prior to testing, testing may include off-leash obedience.  The testing standards can be found at:  www.NAPWDA.com​
    •                                                              Class sizes are limited & will be filled as registration and payment is received
    •                                                                          No registration refunds after August 31, 2022.   NO EXCEPTIONS​
    • HRD - Daily Testing. Re-testing not available, pass/fail only.
    • Tracking/Trailing - Testing Monday/Tuesday. Re-testing at discretion of the Master Trainer.
    • Area - Testing Monday/Tuesday. Re-testing at discretion of the Master Trainer.

    You do not need to be a NAPWDA member to attend and train but you must be a NAPWDA member if you wish to receive certification.  You can join online at http://www.napwda.com/register.  Per the request of the Master Trainers, please make sure you a NAPWDA member before attending the workshop.     *Holds Harmless Release and Covenant Not to Sue*

    By submitting this registration online, I am requesting the privilege to participate in the Minnesota NAPWDA Workshop (hereinafter called the “Workshop”), to be held in/around Camp Ripley, Little Falls, MN October  2 - October 5, 2023, such application having been made on my own, for consideration of participating in the Workshop.

    I understand and acknowledge that I am aware that there are many inherent dangers and risks in training with K-9’s, and, I understand that if I am to participate in the Workshop that I accept the inherent dangers and risks to me, my dog(s), and my equipment.  
                           
    Therefore, in consideration for allowing me to participate in such training and other activities at the Workshop, I hereby agree not to sue the officers, agents, members, instructors, and their staff and hereby waive and release the staff, or other organizations assisting with the Workshop, to include:  NAPWDA, Central Lakes Search and Rescue, or any organization, group or assistants helping with the Workshop, and their successors and assigns, from all claims, demands, rights, or causes of action, known or unknown, accruing in my favor as a result of personal injury or loss or damage of property (including that of my dog(s)) or any other claim arising from or caused during such training or activity in connection with the Minnesota NAPWDA Workshop taking place October 2 – October 5, 2022.  The applicant also acknowledges, accepts, executes and agrees to bind to this Holds Harmless Release and Covenant Not to Sue all who may hereafter make a claim through or for the undersigned applicant, including, but not limited to, the executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the undersigned applicant.  The undersigned applicant also acknowledges that this Holds Harmless Release and Covenant Not to Sue may not be changed or amended orally or written in any way.   

    If you decide to consume any alcoholic beverage during the workshop week, you do so at your own risk.  If you do drink an alcoholic beverage please do so in a responsible manner and Don't Drink and Drive.
    PROPERTY DAMAGE AGREEMENT  

    By submitting this registration online, I understand and agree that I am responsible for any and all damages caused by my dog(s) and myself, including but not limited to property damage and/or injuries to other dogs during activities associated with the Minnesota NAPWDA Certification Workshop scheduled for October 2 – October 5, 2023 in Camp Ripley, Little Falls, MN.
