Growing up SAR - a Day in the Life of
Jael

This spring has been busy as I start my preparations to start
taking my search and rescue testing so I can begin going to searches.
There are many things I've had to learn to do over the past year, and some
things I still learn to do.
I have to learn to search in the dark, as many people go
missing at night time. I have to learn to find articles, or things that
people sometimes lose when they are walking around. These can be clues to
help find the missing person. I also need to learn to do a 5 minute stay,
which is very hard for me. Click on my picture to see what I've been up to
lately!
