Chuck, has been with CLSAR since it's early days, and is currently the Training Officer for our unit.  Mission Ready in Field Support and Type III Incident Command, Chuck is a also a member of his community's First Responder group, and is certified as an EMT. 

Chuck's K-9 partner W.T. Ranger is training for Air Scent and Cadaver.
